JewDIY began with a simple idea: custom jewelry should feel calm, transparent and personal. Instead of asking customers to pick only from finished designs, we let them build a bracelet around wrist size, bead diameter, material tone and the person receiving it.
Natural material commitment
We prioritize natural stone, jade, freshwater pearl, mother-of-pearl and wood beads where stated on the product page. Natural inclusions, color bands, ice cracks, wood grain and slight size variation are part of the material, not defects. Our descriptions are about appearance, craft and gifting, and do not make medical or healing promises.
Where orders are made and shipped
Custom bracelets are prepared, assembled, quality-checked and packed in our China atelier and fulfillment workspace. Orders ship from China or a logistics handoff point used by our courier partners. Delivery coverage and estimated timing depend on the destination selected at checkout.
Made for your selected size and design
A custom bracelet is made according to the beads, wrist size and layout submitted with the order. After PayPal payment is confirmed, the order moves into material preparation and hand assembly, so custom orders cannot be canceled or returned without reason. If something arrives damaged, wrong or missing, our support team will help verify and resolve it.

- Customer service hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 China Standard Time, excluding major public holidays.
- PayPal processes online payments. Customers may use PayPal or supported credit/debit cards where PayPal offers card checkout.
- For address questions, shipping changes, damaged parcels, wrong items or missing items, please include your order ID and clear photos where relevant.
